Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule and comprised in the Māori Reservation known as Section 391 Town of Inglewood Māori Reservation, set apart by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 2017, Issue No. 22, Notice No. 2017-ln979, is hereby redefined in terms of the persons or class of persons for whose use or benefit the reservation is made from “Raawaho Māori resident in the Inglewood district” to “Puketapu hapū, Pukerangiora hapū, Maruwharanui hapū and Ngāti Kohanga Moa”, and shall be known as Te Kohanga Moa Marae Māori Reservation”.
