Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 23 June 2020, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
