Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its Ordinary Meeting of 27 October 2020, hereby changes the classification of the reserve land described in the First Schedule hereto from a local purpose (depot) reserve to a local purpose (plant nursery and community buildings) reserve and the reserve land described in the Second Schedule hereto from a local purpose (utility) reserve to a local purpose (utility and bike park) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
