Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. Pursuant to section 114(1), the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Buller District Council.
2. Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be vested in the Buller District Council as local purpose (natural burial ground) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
3. Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 118, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in the Buller District Council as an esplanade reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
