Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 28 September 2020 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln4540, by deleting the Third Schedule to that notice and replacing it with the Third Schedule to this notice on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
