Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Ron Mark, Minister of Defence, hereby authorise that the land vested in the Crown, being land currently held for defence purposes, in the First Schedule be applied to a secondary use of an Archives facility managed by the Minister of Internal Affairs and in the Second Schedule be applied to secondary use of a common area.
