Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water bore establishment and maintenance and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, subject to the right to mine for gold and other precious metal in or upon the above land shall be inalienable to any body or person other than the Governor of New Zealand for the time being unless with the consent and approval of a judge of the Maori Land Court testified by writing under the hand of such Judge upon the instrument granting such right, GN B285679, CONO 6648001.2, EI 6850564.2, CC 11500243.1; on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
