Under section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua District Council authorises the exchange of the local purpose (road) reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held as local purpose (road) reserve for the purposes of section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
