Under the Land Act 1948, and by reason of an error in the notice described subsequently, the Director Operations, Western South Island Region of the Department of Conservation, revokes the notice titled Land in Buller Land District Forfeited dated 21 July 2020 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 March 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln3422 and issues the following notice in its place.

Land in Nelson Land District Forfeited

Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948 and section 64(3) of the Conservation Act 1987, it is hereby declared that the Department of Conservation has held an enquiry and, with the approval of the Minister of Land Information, the undermentioned lease has been forfeited on the grounds set out in section 146(2)(d) and that the land is thereby reverted to land subject to section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987.
