Land Set Apart for Water Supply Purposes—Intersection of Southampton Street East and Hastings Street South, Hastings District

Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for water supply purposes and shall remain vested in the Hastings District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
