Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a private roadway access, known as Nukanoa Lane, to carry services for the papakāinga housing development for the common use and benefit of the current owners and their descendants.
All of that piece of land situated in Block XIV Heretaunga Survey District and described as follows:
