Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3) amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 203042, subject to Mortgage 9764630.3 and variation to Mortgage 11342790.1 and 11595736.2.
3. Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 203042, subject to Mortgage 9764630.3 and variation to Mortgage 11342790.1 and 11595736.2 and Fencing Covenant in Easement Instrument 7178043.45 and Land Covenant in Easement Instruments 7178043.45, 7433334.1, 9939692.15, 10909027.3, and subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and subject to the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.
