Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otara–Papatoetoe Local Board resolved at its meeting on 17 March 2020 to classify the land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve pursuant to the provisions of section 17 of the Act.
