Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road—State Highway 3, Manawatu–Tararua Highway, Tararua District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, burdened by Open Space Covenants 8125662.1, 10421146.1, and the easement created by Easement Instrument 5950784.2 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
