Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by council on 2 July 2020 and hereby declares the land in the Schedule as local purpose reserve (community use), subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
