Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director Operations, Hauraki-Waikato-Taranaki Region, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
