Declaring Māori Freehold Land be Set Apart as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place, a place of cultural, historical interest and scenic interest, and anything incidental or related to these purposes, provided that the use of the land is in accordance with all local and statutory authority requirements, for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners of Rapaki 6B2B2 Block as at the date of the Māori Land Court order and their respective descendants.
