Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the South Waikato District Council hereby changes the classification of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (pre-school) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
