Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 5 May 2016, hereby changes the classification of the part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule, to local purpose (soil conservation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
