Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waiheke Local Board of the Auckland Council declares the land in the Schedule to be reserves subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and for the reserve purposes specified.
