Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 17 December 2019, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
