Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tauranga City Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution were passed by council on 4 June 2019 and 16 July 2019:

1. Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977;
2. Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council hereby changes the classification of the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice to a local purpose (drainage) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977;
3. Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council hereby changes the purpose of that part of the local purpose (scout hall) reserve described in the Third Schedule to this notice to local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
