Pursuant to section 91 of the Hineuru Claims Settlement Act 2016, the Minister of Conservation hereby notifies that the fee simple estate in the balance of the Waipunga Falls Scenic reserve, described in the Schedule, vests in the trustees of Te Kōpere o te iwi o Hineuru Trust on the vesting date, being 31 March 2020.
