Revocation and Replacement of a Notice—Revocation of Classification of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice dated 27 November 2000 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 December 2000, No. 164, page 4263, Jo Miller, Chief Executive, Hutt City Council, Lower Hutt, revokes that notice and issues the following notice in its place.
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and in accordance with a resolution dated 25 July 2000, the Hutt City Council declares that the land in the Schedule is a Reserve and by section 16(2) of the Act the Reserves in the Schedule are deemed to be classified for their respective purposes noted in the Schedule. A locality is noted for each Reserve.
