Declaring Māori Freehold Land be Set Apart as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for purposes ancillary to the running of the Marae (including but not limited to meeting and office space) for the common use and benefit of those persons who whakapapa to Te Hapū o Ngāti Wheke.
