Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(1) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title TN126/49 limited as to parcels Taranaki Land Registry on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
