Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), to be amalgamated with the land comprised in Record of Title SA1730/91, subject to mortgage B603246.6 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
