Under the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned changes the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule from government purpose (site for park building) reserve to local purpose (marae) reserve and further, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule from recreation reserve to local purpose (marae) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
