Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the South Waikato District Council hereby gives notice that:
- the reserves described in the First Schedule to this notice are classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act,
- the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice is classified local purpose (plantation), subject to the provisions of the said Act, and
- the reserve described in the Third Schedule to this notice is classified as scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
