Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and a place for dwellings for the common use and benefit of the owners of the said land and is to be commonly known as Tauranga Taupō 2B 2L 45 Māori Reservation.
