Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the drainage purposes and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council subject to Encumbrance 5811897.1 to Transpower New Zealand Limited as to the secondly and thirdly described land in the Schedule to this notice on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
