Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated 12 June 2012, the Hamilton City Council hereby changes the classification of that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice, to local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
