Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice titled “Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip) and Land Declared Road—State Highway 2/25 Safety Improvements Project, Hauraki District” dated 15 April 2020 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,16 April 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln1670, by deleting the First and Second Schedules to that notice and replacing them with the following Schedules:

South Auckland Land District—Hauraki District

First Schedule

Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)

Second Schedule

Land Declared Road
