Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otorohanga District Council hereby changes the classification of the local purpose (access way) reserve described in the Schedule to this notice, to local purpose (utility services) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
