Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for water supply purposes and shell vest in the Southland District Council from the date of publication of this notice.
