Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the purposes of stormwater management and public access and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to section 129 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 which provides for the Auckland Council to become the RFR landowner of the land subject to the obligations of an RFR landowner under Part 4 Subpart 1 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
