Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the South Waikato District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on 13 February 2020:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the South Waikato District Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
