Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and to remain vested in the South Waikato District Council.
