Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road, burdened by the easements created by Easement Certificate A260477.4, Transfer 5693674.6, Easement Instrument 5693674.7, the Land Covenant created in Easement Instrument 8120050.11 and benefitted by the easements created by Easement Instrument 5693674.7 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
