Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 February 2020, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 February 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln589, by firstly, deleting the section number “117” from the recital and replacing it with “117(7)” and secondly, by deleting the words “pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with” and replacing them with the words “added to” and thirdly, by deleting the word “amalgamated” from the heading and Schedule description and replacing it with the word “added”.
