Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director Operations, Hauraki/Waikato/Taranaki, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Waipa District Council in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as the Council determines.
