Under section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Maungakiekie – Tamaki Local Board resolved at its meeting on 27 August 2019 and 25 February 2020 to declare and classify:

• the land described in the First Schedule as a recreation reserve;
• the land described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose (community use and access) reserve;
• the land described in the Third Schedule as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve; and
• the land described in the Fourth Schedule as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
