Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Maungakiekie – Tamaki Local Board resolved at its meeting on 27 August 2019 to classify the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
