Pursuant to section 71B of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Brian Mitchell, Group Manager Infrastructure Advisory Services, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give notice that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer needed for education purposes.

Notice

  1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer needed for education purposes.
  2. This notice shall come into force on 2 March 2020.
