Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Whau Local Board resolved at its meeting on 26 February 2020 to classify the reserve described in the Schedule as an historic reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
