Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road, burdened by the easements created by Transfers B998601.1 and B486537.5 and Easement Instrument 11290268.1 and Consent Notices D250356.2 and D351925.2 and benefited by the easements specified in Easement Certificates B486537.3 and D351925.5 and created by Easement Instrument 11290268.1, and subject to an unregistered Deed of Lease dated 30 July 2019 to Becton Dickinson Limited, unregistered Deeds of Lease dated 28 February 2014 and 6 June 2018 to JFK Jetskis & Rentals Limited, and an unregistered Deed of Lease dated 5 June 2018 to NZ Transport Agency, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
