Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council reclassifies part of the reserve in the Schedule from the current classified reserve purposes to the new reclassified reserve purposes, subject to the provisions of the Act.
