Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (“Act”)

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has, following the application of HERETAUNGA FREE KINDERGARTEN ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED under section 27(1) of the Act for surplus assets of the Society which was dissolved by the Registrar on 19 November 2012, directed that the Society’s surplus assets, namely:

1. an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1,707 square metres, more or less, being, 38 Nelson Street, Waipukurau, comprised in Record of Title HB156/31 Hawkes Bay Land Registry, Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 9084, including a building and resource shed for the purpose of operating Hunter Park Kindergarten (“together, the Property”); and
2. all chattels within the Property;

be vested in HERETAUNGA FREE KINDERGARTEN ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 227705.

The direction shall become final on 13 March 2020.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
