Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (“Act”)

Incorporated Society No.: 222157

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 6 September 2000 of the above-named society, its surplus asset, being approximately $114,000.00 that formed a share of the estate of Mr R. F. Wilson (that devolved upon the dissolution of the above-named society to GRAMMAR SCHOOL’S OLD BOYS RUGBY CLUB INCORPORATED – 221573 that was also dissolved on 6 September 2000) and is now held in a Westpac bank account in the name of The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, be vested in AUCKLAND RUGBY UNION INCORPORATED – 221293.

This direction shall become final on 29 August 2020.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
