Pursuant to section 94E of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Gary Malcolm Kircher, terminate the local transition period over Lake Ohau Village and surrounding area – Ahuriri Ward owing to the Fire Emergency, notice of which was given at 12.00pm on 12 October 2020 and extended at 12.00pm on 9 November 2020.

The transition period is terminated at the time and on the date when this termination notice is given.
